Yup Finance is a financial technology (fintech) platform that connects and assists users in accessing digital credit services provided by licensed financial institutions regulated by OJK.

You can register for Yup Finance through the Yup Partner app available on Google Play Store or App Store. Please prepare your personal data and ID (e-KTP) before registering.

Registration steps:

  1. Open the Yup app homepage and click “Apply Now” on the orange Yup Finance feature card.
  2. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  3. Complete the required information.
  4. Perform face verification and sign the contract.
  5. Create a PIN to activate your account.
  6. Your account is ready to use.

To register for Yup Finance, users must:

  • Be an Indonesian citizen
  • Reside in Indonesia
  • Be between 18–55 years old
  • Upload a valid electronic ID card (e-KTP)
  • Provide any additional required information
  1. Android: version 7.0 or above
  2. iOS: version 12.0 or above
The registration process is fully online, and results are typically available within 5–15 minutes.
For Digital Credit products, the maximum limit can go up to IDR 20,000,000.
For non-installment financing (up to 40 days tenor, including a 10-day grace period), a fee of up to 3% (for transactions above IDR 200,000) will be charged after the grace period.
Late payments for both installment and non-installment financing will incur a penalty of 0.2% – 0.3% per day.

Steps to manage your PIN:

  1. Open the Yup Finance
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Select Settings
  4. Choose Payment Security
  5. Click Manage PIN
  6. Follow the instructions
Users can enjoy 0% interest for up to 40 days when using the PayLater method. From the transaction date until the due date, no interest will be charged.
  • Interest
    • Installments (3–9 months): 2% – 6% per month
    • Non-installments (up to 40 days): 0% interest
  • Late Fees
    • 0.2% – 0.3% per day of the outstanding amount
    • Applied after the due date
All applications go through verification and risk analysis by the Yup Finance Risk Team. Please ensure you maintain a good credit score and have no payment issues on other platforms.
  1. Transactions can be made from Yup Finance page and only for biller transaction
  2. Choose your financing method (installment or non-installment)
  3. Enter your PIN for authorization
  4. Your limit will be deducted, and the transaction is completed

Prepare the required details to assist the investigation process.

  1. Insufficient Limit
    Your transaction exceeds your available limit. Please check your limit before making a transaction.

Method 1:

  1. Go to Billing Menu
  2. Select Details
  3. Click Pay Now
  4. Choose your bank
  5. Copy the Virtual Account number and amount
  6. Complete the transfer
Currently, full repayment is only available for the upcoming billing cycle, not for all outstanding bills at once.
Your account will be temporarily blocked, and you will not be able to make transactions. Late fees will also be applied.

Due to banking regulations, the minimum interbank transfer is IDR 10,000.

If your bill is below that amount, please still transfer IDR 10,000. The excess will be applied to your next bill.
